I borrowed a friend’s older Samsung device (Galaxy S23-FE) to test an app. It hadn’t been wiped so he could sell it, so it still has his accounts on it. I took the Koodo SIM out of my iPhone and put it in the Samsung. It sees a cell signal but doesn’t connect to Koodo, so I can’t do anything. The phone isn’t blacklisted (check device.ca) and being Canadian I don’t think it can be locked to a carrier. How can I confirm that? Anyone know what step I’m missing? Thanks
