Took a picture. Want to upload to PC.
wtf? Got to unlock the phone and go through so many hoops it’s not funny?

Did you use a USB cable to plug in your phone to the computer? Once complete, you should be able to choose file transfer on your device.

Hi MW. Sure did. Moto G was picked up by the PC but when I hit on it I was told no new photos to upload??
I got the pictures on my phone so they are there. PC is not finding them. Went on line looking for answers and What I found was people telling me that the phone needs to be unlocked?

What do you see when you plug the USB cable to your computer?

You need to drag the status bar down on your phone and not on your computer. What happens when you import pictures and videos?
Well MW don’t know how it got done to tell ya the truth and don’t know if I’ll be able to do it again but for now, this time, we got it done!!! Great big thank you to you for your patience and expertise.
