Mobile number transfer Koodo to Public

I have tried multiple times to switch my number from Koodo to Public mobile. I receive the message from Koodo saying that a request has been made to transfer my number, to which I reply ‘YES’ within the allocated 90 minute timeframe. After that nothing happens.

Are you using the Fast switch option to move from Public to Koodo?

Or did you sign up with Koodo independently? And now you want to port your number over?

I signed up with Koodo independently, and now want to transfer my number over. I have a Public SIM and my Koodo SIM card  is still n my phone and active. I just can't make the switch.

When you check your port status in you Koodo self serve, does it say the port is complete?

I signed up with Koodo independently, and now want to transfer my number over. I have a Public SIM and my Koodo SIM card  is still n my phone and active. I just can't make the switch. 

Since you are moving away from Koodo, the best support actually is public Mobile forum.

As well, sometimes number transfer takes few hour to finish. I would recommend you wait if the request is recent.
