Hi! MMS is not working, not sending not recieving.  Tried to reset network setting, telus specialist personally tried to solve it also for about 40 minutes, tried also different SMS apps to send. Nothing helps.  He said it is something wrong on Koodo side.

What kind of phone are you using? Did MMS ever work? Do you have your cellular data turned on?

Poco X3 Pro

Android 11.

MMS worked on Telus. See first screenshot please.

When I switched to Koodo - not working anymore - second screenshot.

Data turned on , otherwise it's asking to turn on data

Can you check your APN to see if it was set correctly as per Koodo instructions https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/setting-data-your-non-koodo-phone

Sure, I did it by manual. It helped, thank you!

Did you solve your problem with MMS. I also have a Poco phone and I finally got it to work.

For anyone having problems with a Poco phone and MMS, these settings work for me.
