Something must have happened to my iPhone 11, and now all of my messages are sending as text messages instead of iMessages. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I believe my iMessage is enabled. I have attached a picture of my message settings.

Have you tried restarting your iPhone?
Power off your iPhone, wait a minute or two, then power the phone back on. Sometimes, this method resolves minor glitches.
