Something must have happened to my iPhone 11, and now all of my messages are sending as text messages instead of iMessages. Does anyone know how to fix this?

In your settings, is iMessage still enabled?

Have you tried restarting your iPhone?
Power off your iPhone, wait a minute or two, then power the phone back on. Sometimes, this method resolves minor glitches.
