I just got a new koodoo mobile sim card at the mall yesterday and lost it. Is there anyway to get another free sim card or cancel the lost sim. I try online self option no option. I try call back chat, just tells me no need call back. I went back to the koodoo phone booth and they told me call in couldn’t reach anyone that can help just a system keep telling me go on chat and chat doesn’t lead anywhere. Would be nice if someone can point me to cancel this number or a live agent?
