My phone(s) my two accounts stop being able to log on the the network, i tries all of the suggestions in the self help. Both phones show not roistered on network yet I have the Bars showing on the phone sometimes other times the circle wit h the line through it. My account is id up to date and I went to a Koodo shop and they said it was connected at that moment and was now it is off line again. It cant be the sim card as they are different in each phone. Ideas is there an outage nothing is being reported?
