How can I use my IMEI number to confirm that my phone is compatible with the Koodo Network?

The IMEI tool was outdated, I don’t think Koodo would bring it back.

In the mean time, you can try this tool https://willmyphonework.net/

or their official page https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/my-phone-compatible-koodo

The old tool could tell you if your rig was compatible on at least a limited basis. With newer features, such as 5G, wifi calling and VOLTE, you may need a phone specifically certified by Koodo.

Many older US Android handsets designed for AT&T or T-Mobile networks in the USA work fine for basic data, messaging and voice, but aren’t supported by Koodo for those newer features due to firmware issues.

The bands are ok. However, you might not be able to use volte and vowifi if the phone wasn't on the Koodo list.
