I got a refurbished Iphone XR (from Kodoo) and any time i’m on a page (website, app) it just constantly scrolls back and back and back and back. It’s driving me crazy and wondering if anyone knows how to fix this. Great phone ASIDE from this issue.

+4Did it happen right when you opened the box? Or recently? Have you tried to take out the screen protector to see if it helps?

If the issue happened without any physical touch or barrier, it might be an issue with the hardware and it isn’t easy to fix. Have you tried to restart the phone to see if it can do anything?
as well, when did you buy the phone? Was it still under Koodo warranty?
