iMessage and FaceTime not Working

I had installed an eSIM while on a trip to the U.S.  I have returned home and deleted the eSIM and since going back to my regular line both iMessage and FaceTime aren’t working. I’d like to speak to a human about this issue. How can I get someone from Koodo to call me back?

Is calling/texting with the Koodo working normally?

Regarding iMessage, have you tried to reset the network settings of the iPhone? Normally, that would help. If not, you can turn off and turn on iMessage again, following this https://support.apple.com/en-ca/guide/iphone/iph3d039b67/ios

In your device settings for iMessage and FaceTime, is the number being used the one from the Esim you purchased?

If so you can just change it within the settings to your koodo number. This will then make the number being used switch from the temporary one you bought back to the koodo number.
