I bought a prepaid 60$ plan at a Koodo booth Then lost my sim I bought a new one the next day but I haven’t made a self serve account yet how do I make one if I can’t access the account phone number and

No, nothing is wasted, don’t worry :) You can create a self serve account here: https://prepaidselfserve.koodomobile.com/ - if you are not registered yet, you can use the link on the right hand side.

Then, after you have your self serve account, you can activate your new SIM with your existing number/account.

It says I need to verify my phone number I put my number in but I can’t receive the 4 digit code since I don’t have access to the other sim with the number on it

I know my phone number I just can’t receive texts I lost that sim that I activated the number on :/

I see... In that case you should probably contact Koodo directly through Facebook or Twitter DM. Or, if you have a number they can call you back on, you can schedule a callback with the digital assistant.
