I need a Puk code I just activated a sim chip and now it’s locked and needs a Puk code

@Riostoner - A PUK code (Personal Unlocking Key) allows you to reset the SIM PIN. If a SIM PIN is entered incorrectly 3 times, the SIM will be locked and require a PUK code.

Heads up! If the incorrect PUK is entered 10 consecutive times, the SIM will become unusable and a new SIM will have to be purchased.

Typically the quickest way to get your PUK code is by scheduling a callback through Koodo Assist. Please note that you'd need to request your callback to a different phone number.
