I did not want my number changed but my account has a completely different number

I need to talk to someone about my activation. I did not want my number changed but my account has a completely different number than the one I want transferred over. I do not want to instal my new sim card in the fear that my old number will be lost forever.

When Koodo activated your account, they gave you a temporary number to make sure your current number was still in service till you received the sim card. 

Once you receive the sim card and have access to your selfserve, you can transfer your number within your selfserve with this guide https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/moving-your-number-koodo
