I am new to Koodo. My free rollover data is not working. I tried different browsers, incognito, nothing works. Waited one billing cycle, no luck. Please suggest.

Just to double check, are you trying to add it and you get confirmation that it is added?

Could you please clarify? Are you experiencing problems adding the “data rollover” perk to your current plan, or is the issue with the perk itself not functioning as expected?

We have tried to add the perk from our end however we were unable to.

We have submitted a request for the perk to be added in the backend and this should take up to 3 business days.

We are sorry for the inconvenience created!
