http://192.168.1.254/ link not loading

I entered the link in a search bar as per instructions but the link is not opening or loading.

I am using mobile data for this process and this would be my first home wifi at this address.

Please share advice on how to complete the internet installation process.

So this link would only load if you were connected to your home internet. The http://192.168.1.254/ is a link to access your router directly but you need to be connected to your router’s wifi in order to make that connection for the site to load.
