I need a new SIM?? This one isn’t working, I’ve troubleshooted every possible thing and still says no sim installed. Tried other sims they do work.
First experience with Koodo going just great..:unable to do my job because koodos cards don’t work 🤡

The fastest way is probably to visit a Koodo store or its retail. If the SIM was defective, they might be able to replace it for you.
