I have 4 numbers attached to an account with Koodo, but I want to remove voice mail features from one number only.
When I follow the instructions posted to others who want to disable their voice mail, there is ZERO option to disable it through the "Manage Extended Greetings" option.
How do I remove voice mail from my own phone number without disabling it for the other 3 numbers on the account?

We have disabled the Voicemail on the line ending in *855. If you decide to re-activate it, please start a new post on community.
+4I can flag a rep here to have more information. If you can, post the last 3 digit of the number you would like to disable voicemail here. A rep might be able to look into it

If you login to your koodo self serve, any outstanding balances are outlined there if it hasn’t gone to collections yet. If you have left Koodo, you still have access to self serve for 90 days after leaving. If your remaining amount has gone to collections, you will have to call back the collection agency.

How do I get a representative to take a look into this? Does anyone know?
I'll give them a little nudge like Dinh had previously.
Usually they're pretty swift but I believe they might be a tad busy attempting to fix an issue with the prepaid service. But hopefully they get back to you soon. 🙂

We can disable the Voicemail for you, however, please note that any unread / unsaved voicemail will be deleted.
If you would like to continue with the Voicemail deactivation on the phone number you mention, please let us know.
