How do I get rid of getting Amr for voicemails without getting rid of the preuim voicemail?

@Pjlal799 From what can be seen in the conversation with the representative, this is included in the ticket.

To clarify, we have limited access, over the community and we cannot access the ticket directly. We can see that you discussed the Message Waiting Indicator issue with our tech support team and a ticket was created with this issue included.
If you like to clarify the progress or status of the ticket, you can schedule a callback via our Koodo assist and speak with our Tech Support team.

That's where it gets tricky. Premium voicemail is the 25 message storage plus Instant Voicemail, which is exactly the voicemails being sent to your phone via MMS. So the audio file is part of that same feature.

I recommend you log in to Self Serve, go to Mobile Services and Manage add-ons, and check whether Instant Voicemail shows up there as its own add-on, separate from Premium voicemail. If it does, you can remove just that one and keep the rest. If the only thing listed is Premium voicemail, then the two come together.

That is the whole point. You get the voicemail messages sent to your phone via MMS. If you do not want it, you can choose another Perk. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/services/pickyourperk

Hi

Hi team,

I just want to clarify what is currently being worked on for ticket

My Premium Voicemail mailbox itself is working fine when I dial into it, but the cellular Message Waiting Indicator (MWI) signal isn't reaching my phone to trigger the red dot badge icon.

Can you please confirm if ticket  specifically covers re-provisioning/enabling the standard MWI notification SOC code on my network profile so the red badge indicator starts working again?

Thank you! ?????
