GrapheneOS on Koodo Pixel 10 ?

Nothing on the Koodo side stops you. The Tab is just financing spread over 24 months, the phone is yours, and Koodo has nothing to do with the bootloader.

Two things though. New phones might  with a 60 day security lock to the Koodo network. That is a SIM lock, separate from the bootloader, and it comes off on its own after 60 days or sooner if you ask through Koodo Assist https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/unlocking-your-phone

As well, I would test VoLTE and Wi-Fi calling right after you flash. Koodo certifies specific models for VoLTE and I wonder if a custom ROM stays certified. If it doesn't work out you have 30 days to return an online order.

There’s no easy way to activate/swap an esim on grapheneOS, you need a QR. 

Koodo’s website is terribly broken, refers a QR activation in many places, will take you down rabbit holes that won’t get you any wins. 

Be prepared to ask for more to an actual rep. Koodo’s knowledge-base integrity of self-serve, chatbot, tutorials, help menues is all over the place.

Its a bit challenging s on esim activations in some cases like that. 

But otherwise you should have no issues with grapheneOS. It's pretty stable and works well. 

A rep can easily provide a QR if it is needed

I got the phone, installed GrapheneOS without any issues.

The phone has a sim card slot, I simply dropped my Koodo sim card into it and it worked.

No esim required.

Of course. It’ll work with a sim card all the same! Esim is just an option that upon reviewing the message history here, looks like got first brought up by Selora. 

I’d just make sure VoLTE is working.
