Is there any way to speed up the process of getting coaxial cable installed from the mast into my house? Purchased Koodo Internet to get away from bell and the price was attractive, the rep placed notes that a coax drop was needed and I’d be contacted by a third party company to have it install. No one contacted me or showed up and my activation date was yesterday April 14. I tried calling 4 separate times to Koodo and final got a hold of someone for answers, and was told they’ll put a ticket in for a tech. I demanded them to have it resolved by end of week or I’ll be canceling. Note I already paid for the service.
