I’m getting a new phone and would like to convert to an esim. Question is, after I have the voucher do i need to do a sim swap in self serve or can I just scan the QR code when setting up the phone? Thanks.

Yes, you’ll want to do a sim swap (or when you purchase the esim get them at the store to do the sim swap), and then you can go ahead and scan the esim to activate it in your phone.
