esim connected no service

ESIM I bought today is connected but nothing popped up for a network/cellular service, already restarted phone.. any tips?

How did you get the eSIM, was the eSIM transfered into with your number?

As well, what did it say in your top right of the phone screen? was it “no sim”?

Went to a Koodo store and bought eSIM voucher, phone has said nothing but SOS in the corner, had a message pop up saying it could not connect to the network.. is that just a faulty eSIM voucher or was that a problem on my end scanning it properly

No I didn’t, bought the phone through Koodo online didn’t come with a physical sim

You would need access to your self-serve account and switch your SIM there. However, as you didn't have a physical SIM (which is strange), I recommend you visit a Koodo kiosk so a rep could check your account the switch the eSIM there for you.
