Brought my own phone to add a new line to existing Koodo plan. Ordered eSIM and it assigned a temporary number. When setting up on account it asked to transfer or change number so I chose change number as I wasn’t transferring from another provider. All good phone is working and new line shows on my existing account with our other phones. However now I am getting emails from Koodo for the temporary number asking to set up account. Also, on the self serve on my account it shows I am only 67% complete in setup and the new number needs to be added? Don’t know if this is a glitch that will resolve. The temporary number doesn’t show anywhere just getting emails for it.
