With my Easy Roam connected I can’t call Toronto from Portugal. Always a reply “not a correct country code” 

How are you dialling the number? 
The format should be:

00-1-xxx-xxx-xxxx

and tried 01 416 xxx xxx  I Went to the site “Koodo.com/chat” and “Koodo assist” and all broken
