Dispute Roaming Charges

I was in Mexico from February 7 to February 15 and was charged on the 12th for a roaming charge when I had data turned off. Also have a second phone on my bill and it was charged six out of the eight days we were gone and it as well had data turned off and roaming as well. How do I dispute these charges as we did not use the roaming feature?

Can you provide a screenshot of your bill showing a detailed list of charges? Make sure to remove any personal details, as this is a public forum.

Did you use any of your other plan features? As you will be charged Easy Roam if you make/receive a call, send a text, receive a text that uses data, and by checking your voicemail. Not just for data usage.
