Didnt receive eSIM / Welcome Email w QR Code - Phone now doesnt have service so I cannot receive callback

Hello,

 

Hopefully I can find help here!  I transferred through the app from Public Mobile to Koodo.  My number says it's active when I login to self serve.  I didn't receive a welcome email or an eSIM.  My phone doesn't have any service so I cannot receive a call back from Koodo or any texts.   I'm stuck here.  Is there an email option to get help?

Unfortunately, there isn’t a direct email address for number porting.

Other customers have reported similar issues when switching from Public Mobile—specifically, not receiving the eSIM notification and losing service.

I recommend visiting a nearby Koodo kiosk for a physical SIM replacement. Alternatively, you can schedule a callback, and a representative will be able to assist you further.

Thank you for the reply!  I'll have to visit a kiosk as I don't have service - therefore cannot receive the call :(

Let us know how it goes, you can schedule to any Canadian number that you had access to, you don’t need have to schedule to your number.
