Does anyone know of any cell phone provider you can speak with an agent rather than digital assistance?

What's the issue you need help with? You can ask here as well, reps are available in the forum and a lot of things do get resolved right here.

For a callback, go to www.koodo.com/chat and type what you need (for example "I want to cancel"), the system will call you back at a valid Canadian number. Facebook Messenger and X are the other ways to reach a rep, the links are at the bottom of this forum page.

And if it's about a charge on your bill, you don't need an agent on the phone at all. The Ask us to review a charge tool in Self Serve handles that and they reply back by text or email https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/ask-us-to-review-a-charge-on-your-bill

I just started started with Koodo like 30 minutes ago. When I looked at the package that was listed, I chose the first package which stated it was $45 plus taxes monthly. When I saw the price in the end it said $55 plus taxes.

Why is this, did I miss something

If you sign up for preauthorized payments you save $10 per month. You might be able to go into self serve to do it if you are good with technology.  Good luck getting a person to talk to it's impossible. The person that walked me through on this sight was very helpful. Dinh was the name of the person that assisted me.

Hi @NewfieMudder, you can find a guide here for registering for pre-authorized payments via your bank account.
