I have an iphone 12.  When I go to settings to create a hot spot, it says it cannot and that I should contact Koodo.  As I am sure you are aware, there is no way to speak to someone at Koodo.  Any suggestions?

Have you tried resetting your network settings?

If you reset networks settings, your wifi/bluetooth password is lost and you would have to reenter them again. It is part of the reset process.

Also, was your wife is a postpaid customer?


She is a postpaid customer.  I have found out how to reset the network settings, but my wife is scared I will mess other things up, so I have  a call scheduled with Koodo.  We’ll see what that does.  (Not that I have ever caused any issues before!!!)
