I was at the store on Nov 27 and the rep helped open my Koodo account and ported two lines from Fido to Koodo.  I only noticed yesterday that I haven’t been able to receive text messages all this time.  People can receive my texts ok but I didn’t receive any of their messages.  I tried all the troubleshooting steps and nothing works.  Need help please.  Data and calling are ok. 

Which phone are you using? Have you tried to disable and enable RCS (android) or iMessage (iPhone) in the phone?
