cannot receive calls from certain numbers eg Intuit; Koodo. I have tried with Call Control enabled/ disabled

I went to a Koodo kiosk and the agent duplicated the issue, He said that He hadn’t seen the issue before, and gave me a number to call to talk to someone but it didn’t work as the calls from Koodo support aren’t getting through to me. I have a brand new LG Velvet phone, and my partner has a  Samsung note 9 with the same issue

 

Was the Velvet and Note 9 Canadian models? I wondered there was issue with VoLTE or 3G access in your area that prevented the phone from receiving calls.

And are you a prepaid or postpaid customer?
