cancel seasonal hold but no another number to get callback

I wanna cancel seasonal hold, but my phone number is unable to get callback, i need use other number to get callback, but now i don’t have other number to get callback. What should I do? Thanks!

Have you tried to change your seasonal hold plan into something else in selfserve?https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/keeping-your-account-open-when-travelling

Hi there @Amberk  Good news, you don’t need the help of an agent to reactivate from Seasonal hold. You will be able to change your plan to any in-market plan directly from Self Serve. https://koo.do/MyServices .
