I returned from a trip six weeks ago and recorded a new greeting when I got back, but the old greeting continues to play. Even after getting help from Koodo live assist, the problem persists. I didn’t record an extended absence greeting; all I did was change my personal greeting as I have done before.
I am using an iPhone SE and it looks like live. Voicemail is activated on my device. Any ideas?
