Can't receive text messages after switching to Koodo - iPhone

+4Is everything else working, most importantly can you receive messages from other cell numbers? Just 2FA codes aren’t working?
can receive message from other cell number but not CRA and amazon one time verification code. and requested Koodoo to call. Promised to call at noon today. No call.
