Yes the lines worked before I made the change. Yes I started my plan a week ago and and made a change through self serve...

Do you see the esim active on your phone manager?

When you login to your koodo self serve do you see your line or multiple lines?

Did you restart your phone?

I did restart my phone. When. I log into self serve I only see my number. 

ESIM active on phone manager. I dont understand this.

In koodo when you try to change your esim does it show the esim number Match the one in your phone's sim manager or is it different?
