Hi! I keep getting text messages from a spammer. And when I go to block it, the block action is greyed out, with only the add to contact option. The spammer sends a text message using an email: charfauros@ preferencs.sbs . Anyone else receive those? Any idea how to block it?

Unfortunately, there is no clearcut method to blocking text messages that are sent by email address. If you receive spam or phishing text messages you can report this to Koodo’s parent company TELUS:
- Forward the message to 7726 with the word SPAM in the body of the message
- Contact our Data and Network Assistance team by dialling *611 from your mobile device or toll-free at 1-866-558-2273 from another telephone
Note that it is best to dial 1-866-558-2273 as Koodo uses *611 for their help line.
