Can’t add a perk for a new line. Requested a call back from CSR (twice) but no response. Getting ready to look for another service provider

Hi there,

This seems to be a common issue lately. Which perk were you trying to add to the account? Can you trying adding a different perk and if it lets you, from there you can then switch to the perk you want instead.

Also, try clearing your cache and cookies or using an incognito tab to see if that helps. This has worked for others in the past.
