I need to speak to a live human being after I have been wrongfully charged for roaming fees.
when the callback came in and I hit ‘1’ to request to speak to an agent, it did not register. I was again prompted to hit 1 again with the same result and then again a third time. This happened with all 3 callbacks this evening and still have not spoken to anyone! This system is absolute garbage? Can anyone help?

The cottage is half and hour from the border (Blue Water Bridge in Sarnia). I did not cross the border / enter the USA yet I have been charged roaming fees.
