"Call cannot be completed" - HELP, I can call nobody

Hi, I recently moved from Montreal to Vancouver and I transferred from Fizz to Koodo about 12 days ago (I kept the previous phone number). Everything was ok till 2 days ago when I found that I can't call anyone. I tried calling Vancouver numbers, Montreal numbers, my friends, none of them worked and it always says “the call cannot be completed”. Also, I think people can't receive my texts. 


I can receive incoming calls and text messages. 
 

Please help!

Hi there @Pnaichvrr , We have taken a look into your account, and everything seems normal. We have refreshed the switch just to be on the safe side. Everything was successful. Please restart your device and let us know if everything is working for you.
