apple iPhone SE need to unlock help me please

If the iPhone was bought from Koodo, the unlock is done through Koodo Assist. Go to https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/?autobots=rollout&intent=unlock

type "unlock my phone" and follow the instructions. More info here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/unlocking-your-phone

If it came from another carrier, only that carrier can unlock it, Koodo can't.

You can check where it stands right now in Settings > General > About > Carrier Lock. If it shows No SIM Restriction the phone is already unlocked.
