I’m a Koodo customer but I can’t get my phone number to transfer to my new iphone 15 Plus from the android phone it’s replacing. Managed to transfer files and such but can’t set up the cell# during setup or with settings. Do I need to buy a an Esimcard to do this or is there one already in the phone? Lost in Halifax.

It should be, both devices are using nano sim.

If so, Have you tried to put the sim card from the android phone into your iPhone?
