I switched to a Koodo 5G plan.
Not connecting to the 5G Network. I am(clearly) in a 5G coverage area according to the Koodo map.
My phone is a Samsung S22. Turnedoff the power saving mode. Set Network mode to 5G. It has check mark.
Restarted the the phone. Removed the Sim Card and cleared the Sim Toolkit Cache.
When toggling Airplane Mode is shows 5G for 1 second and then reverts back to LTE.
Trying to get a Koodo Callback failed . The "chat" goes endlessly in questions and suggestions.
My wife's phone, also S22 has the same problem.
What could be the problem and how to solve it?
