Why does Koodo always have so many issues I have 4 days left in the billing period yet my texting usage or data usage counter still nothing working man Koodo is more of disaster then rogers or fido

Did you recently change your plan during the billing cycle? That might explain why it may not be working properly.

That being said, you should not need to worry if your plan includes unlimited Canada-wide calling and text messages.

What did they say about your case? I recommend you wait till the next billing cycle to see if your self-serve works normally.

Idk man everything about Koodo is a disaster I feel like virgin plus and Fido never have these issues

But did you speak with a rep about viewing your usage info in self serve?  What did they say to do?
