What do I do if technician can’t setup modem?

I have a technician coming tomorrow after 6 days of no internet and trying 2 new modems. What should my course of action be if they cannot set it up? It says my Internet was activated July 1st, I’ve tried every single method, I’ve waited hours for lights to stop blinking, I’ve reset, changed coax ports and power cycled at least 30 times this week. This feels absolutely terrible.

We are sorry to hear that the issue couldn’t be fixed after trying with two different modems and we understand that it is frustrating since the internet is not working since the activation.

We see indeed that there was an appointment scheduled for tomorrow. If the issue doesn’t get fixed after tomorrow, we recommend speaking with the Internet team for the next steps.

I also suggest asking the tech for their recommendation as well.  They will be more likely to give you realistic options of what is physically possible based on your home.
