I have a technician coming tomorrow after 6 days of no internet and trying 2 new modems. What should my course of action be if they cannot set it up? It says my Internet was activated July 1st, I’ve tried every single method, I’ve waited hours for lights to stop blinking, I’ve reset, changed coax ports and power cycled at least 30 times this week. This feels absolutely terrible.
