Was charged easyroam but never left canada would like a refund.

Was on vancouver island during the time i was charged easy roam and never entered the states or there territorial waters. would like a refund

Hi ​@Nigel M, we’ve checked the charge you mentioned and as it was accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self-serve. 

To avoid future charges please make sure that the data roaming is off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.
