user locked. please fix my problem, ive changed my password twice.

Self explanatory. I messed up my password too many times and now I’m “user locked” dispite changing my password TWICE I just want to use my top up voucher that I bought to redeem. I am beyond annoyed. I don’t have another email and I don’t want to wait around for a call if I don’t HAVE to. Please help

When was the last time you successfully logged into your prepaid self serve account?

 

You can call 611 to top up via credit card if it is an urgent need.

Otherwise you can try to create a new email to re-register to see if that fixes things.

 

Otherwise you will need to request a callback via koodo assist.

How would I re register? I didn’t register the first time it was done for me but with my email. I do not intend to use credit so I will be needing to access self service

You can go to the login page here and make sure you are on the prepaid side.

Try to login 1 more time in case you were trying to login to the postpaid side. 

If you are still having issue there is a button to register for self serve.

Yeah but what would happen to my account number and current plan? Please explain

You are just registering to access your account. It will not change any plan or account or phone number. It's just creating a login

If I do re create my account can I eventually reroute it back to my old email? I have everything on the email on purpose
