My account has been locked for about a week now after too many failed attempts. I’ve waited an hour after it got locked AND I’ve reset my password twice and I still can’t get into my account. I need to get into my account to update my payment information.

Are you currently residing in Canada and not using VPN to sign into Koodo webpage?, Koodo has some restrictions on foreign IP, and that can lead to some issue with password reset
