Usage reporting times

How is the time when calls and messages are sent or received reported in self-serve?  The times appear to be unreliable.  For example, todays usage shows I made a call at 636 am when I know I didn’t.

    @Rod3353 I see number of calls made in the early morning hours. Could you screenshot what you see (just take out any personal info) with the time stamps kept so we can overlay what we see on our end.  Wonder if there's a timezone mix up for some reason. Would have to see what you see first though.
