I’ve tried updating my billing address using self serve but it doesn’t seem to be saving. I can find the new address with Canada Post but saving it doesn’t seem to update my billing address. Any way to fix this without calling?

Try clearing your browser's cache and see if that fixes things 


I tried that earlier but unfortunately it did not seem to help. 


I’d suggest sending a PM to Koodo via FB Messenger or DM via Twitter/X as you’ll have to indicate the address you want. A rep will be able to assist with manually adjusting it .
