Unable to change self-service password

I cannot change my self-service password. Even after clicking "forgot password," it still doesn't allow me to change it.

I desperately need assistance.

Koodo prepaid doesn’t offer international roaming. Only Canada and US.

 

Past that, I’ve seen this issue before on prepaid and it sometimes simply fixes itself. If you can’t wait or it doesn’t fix itself, you’d have to reach out to the prepaid customer service for assistance. You can schedule a callback at koodo.com/chat

Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer and Is your Koodo phone line active as of now?

As well, what was the error message when you clicked on the “forgot password” link?.

Prepaid users  It is in the startup state.

However, because I am currently not in the CANADA and have not purchased an overseas data package, my eSIM shows no service.

 

This is what it shows:

The password you entered does not meet the requirements. Please ensure it follows all listed requirements including no use of personal information, common phrases or match your previous password.

 

I tried switching to Chrome, Edge, and other browsers, but the problem persisted.
