I’ve tried several times over the past few weeks to change my address. Every time I try it says it might take a few minutes but the change was successful. Next day, it’s still my old address.

Anyone have assistance they can send my way?

Are There any errors that pop up? 


Been with Koodo for 5ish years I think. No errors come up.


I think it’s a glitch in their system that needs to be corrected. I tried to edit my address but wasn’t successful either. I have been with Koodo for more than 5 years...

Does it happen when you attempt the change on different devices or browsers?

 


Tried on Chrome and Firefox (both latest versions, and have tested once or twice with addons disabled) all with the same outcome.

 

Edit: oh and yes, on multiple devices as well


Bah. Finger accidentally hit the 'mark as answer' button by mistake. Issue still persists


I had a question that was getting some traction:

 

I managed to hit the “mark as answer” button by mistake and I see no way of unsetting it. So, I guess I need to make a new question.

 

Short story: I can’t change my address so I can buy a sim card for a new line I want to add.

Tried on multiple devices, multiple browsers (private mode or not, doesn’t matter)

No error messages (one success message, but never takes effect)

 

If a Koodo rep can help me out, that would be fantastic!

Understood! Sorry about that. I wasn’t sure if my post with the accepted answer would cause it to fall off people’s radar. I’ll know now if this crops up again.

 

I also found myself near a mall with a Koodo kiosk today and did the address change there. Those changes appear to have stuck, so problem resolved.
